The main focus of these development activities is placed on  the growing markets of Eastern Europe and Asia.  According to Fabrizio D'Angelo, the Managing Director of Burda International: "Showroom  has so far produced  an exciting concept and shown impressive developments. We have identified great potential for the field of e-commerce in the fashion segment. Burda  International has therefore created an outstanding foundation for its strategic partnership with Showroom."

When commenting on this partnership, Michal Juda and Jasiek Stasz, the founders of SHOWROOM, declared that: "We believe in Polish fashion. We want to use the investment by  Burda International and the great expertise of our new partner to also enable our designers to adress new customers beyond the Polish borders."
