  • Start thematically relevant online special
CAMPAIGN
(Duration: 4 weeks recommended)
  • Choice of opinion leaders based on the target group of the customer
  • WoM team mails campaign packages to selected opinion leaders
  • Product/services tests are performed AND information on products/samples are being passed on
 
  • additional measures like expert blog, sweepstakes, etc.
  • stay in dialogue with the testers: the WoM team
REPORTING
(Duration: 4 weeks recommended)
  • Insight-generation: market research in a nutshell (questions as agreed with customer)
  • Analysis of the results
  • Print: follow up advertisement and if applicable follow up article
  • Online: on the website, in the WoM-Panel, via newsletter, Facebook, Twitter, as Banner
  • Conferring of the seal
  • Reporting
  • Optional: social media analysis
